My husband has become friends with a member of a local family who just recently have experienced some trauma.  We are hoping to get alongside them and help however we can.  Here is the story:

This family is very strong, connected and a great example of how family functions and pulls together in times of crisis.  It seems that this tragedy has, and will continue to bring out the gold inside of them.

In recent days I've come across these two new way to fund raise for medical, missions & adoption.  I am seriously excited about both and for the people who have used their talents and skills to provide services that enable people to give easily to a cause they care about.  I'll be writing more about World Outreach in another post, but just wanted to state my appreciation for the people who make it easy for us to give and show generosity and support, whether strangers or friends.
